The inter7s.com donations and charity page is operated and managed by Give N Go Ltd in conjunction with local area organisations in all the areas that we work in.   In Irishtown/Ringsend, this is local organisation is ‘The Anchorage Project’, 10A York Road, Ringsend, Dublin 4 and InterFirm FC.

Utilising the inter7s.com local area donations page subjects all users to the following terms and conditions.

WEBSITE USE

• All persons using this website must ensure that they are legally permitted to do so, are of the correct age to do so, and are utilising payment methods and funds that are their own, or that they have full permission to utilise. Any illegal activity will be reported directly to the relevant authorities.

USER INFORMATION

• All users must enter in correct data pertaining to themselves, or their organisation.   We will be periodically checking this, and we reserve the right to remove any registrant that has entered incorrect data.
• Give N Go Ltd and its agents reserve the right to permit, or bar, any registrant without issuing reason, or entering into communication.
• All users information and their donation information will be retained for a minimum period of 7 years for internal and audit use only.   No information will be released to any third party.
• We do NOT hold credit/debit card information, or any card or payment information on our site, except the date and amount donated. This is ALL done through a secure off site link with our payment partners, PayPal and Worldpay.

CHARITIES, CLUBS AND EVENTS

• Give N Go Ltd, its agents and its partners will transfer ALL monies donated on the site DIRECTLY to the project coordinators, or to ‘The Anchorage Project’ and InterFirm FC which are charged with the local distribution of funds in the Irishtown/Ringsend area.
• Give N Go Ltd, its agents and its partners, will vet to the best of its ability ALL the projects that it posts on the site, but CANNOT be held responsible for how the funds are used by the end party.  We will, though, be monitoring and reporting back on all projects, to ensure the best use of all funds.
• Give N Go Ltd reserves the right to withdraw ANY funding to any projects where it is deemed the funds are be incorrectly used, without issuing reason, or entering into communication.
• Give N Go Ltd has the right to request any and all charities, clubs and events to produce receipts and evidence of how the monies have been spent.

Give N Go Ltd, its agents and its partners will NOT issue any funds to projects OR events that change their status, name or criteria, and reserve the right to withdraw the funding,  and/or, seek back any funding where deem it has been utilised incorrectly, without issuing reason, or entering into communication.

FEES

• Give N Go Ltd is currently formulating a revised payment structure, but in the absence of that, the following stands:

1. ALL donations to this page through Worldpay Debit Card will incur 0% fees, and 100% of donation will go to the project.*
2. ALL donations to this page through Worldpay Credit Card will incur a 2% fee, and 98% of donation will go to the project.*
3. ALL donations to this page through Paypal will incur a 3% fee, and 96% of donation will go to the project.*
4. ALL EFT, Cheque and Cash** payments toproject will incur a 0% fee, and 100% of donation will go to the project.

• There is also an opt in clause, where you can opt to pay the Gateway fee, which ensures that 100% of your payment goes directly to the project.

* Give N Go Ltd is making €1,000 available over each year, Jan 1 to Dec 31, to cover all banking charges and fees, which will result in ALL payments being subject to 0% fees, until bank charges of €1,000 are reached with our payment partners.   We therefore request all users to try to utilise available payment systems with the least cost, and in the following order, EFT/Cheque, Worldpay Debit Card, Worldpay Credit Card and then ALL Paypal options.   This will ensure the least amount of payment charges being incurred by all involved in this project.   If we don’t spend the €1,000 bank fees, we will issue that back into the local area fund for use.

** Give N Go Ltd, its agents and its partners DO NOT accept cash, although in some events, it is recognised that fees and donations will be taken on site. If this is the case, contact us for instructions on how to properly process these.

THE LEGALS

• All terms and conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
• Give N Go Ltd and any of its agents shall not be liable for any issues arising through the site, including, and not exclusive to Virus’, Trojans, or any type of damaging and/or exposing software, code or attack, or any damage caused by same.
• You agree to indemnify Give N Go Ltd and any of its partners or agents against any loss, or claims made by a third party, and any costs or legal fees resulting from same.

Depending on your choice of payment you taken to the releveant processor in secure environment whereby you can complete the payment process.

Shipping:

We generally hand deliver all our orders to club members on site.

Where we use An Post for gift vouchers and packages. We charge €5.00 up to 2kg post and packing to cover standard shipping in Ireland. It is normally delivered within 2 or 3 business days.

Normally Gift Vouchers will be sent out on the day of or day after ordering. We don’t charge post and packing for Gift Vouchers. An Post typically delivers on the next working day.

Delivery to the UK takes 3 – 4 days.

We are not responsible for any liability should your order not arrive in the expected time frame.

Returns

We will accept returns only with a returns reference which are damaged. We will replace the goods or provide a refund. The purchaser must take responsibility for costs of returning the goods. Post and Packing charges will not be refunded.
